Over $51 billion is spent annually in the U.S. on leadership development programs. How do we know if we’re getting our money’s worth? In this highly interactive program, we’ll explore the challenges, opportunities, and pitfalls of assessing leadership development programs. We’ll use the SETS program as a real case study, examining how the program is currently assessed, identifying best practices in executive program eval-uation, and making recommendations for improving the evaluation of the seminar in the future. Then we’ll apply what we’ve learned to the programs you’re dealing with.
