During this session we will use the Emergenetics® Profile. If you do not already have an Emergenetics® Profile, you will receive an invitation to complete the online Emergenetics® questionnaire prior to the session.

Peter Baverso and Zikiria Chaudhary have applied the neuro-scientific approach with hundreds of teams in organizations ranging from Federal, State, and Local Agencies, Education, Non-Profit, and Financial Services. Peter is certified associate and Zikiria is a trained associate in the use of Emergenetics,® a globally recognized way to understand cognitive diversity and make visible the intersection of nature and nurture. The Emergenetics® Profile is built on four Thinking Attributes and three Behavioral Attributes that every person exhibits. The Emergenetics® Profile is designed from a validated neuroscientific and psychometric scientific foundation to amplify individual and team performance to enable organization effectiveness and Agility. Peter is also a certified coach and mentor with the HeartMath® Institute, which focuses on the neuroscientific interaction of the neurobiology of the heart and brain to improve individual and team performance. Peter is also the co-creator of the WeCanvas based on work which integrates Human Performance Technology, Business Model Design, Organizational Network Research, and Positive Psychology.
