ISPI Potomac Workforce 21 - are you ready?

Join us as we continue our journey to empower you to develop a more agile Workforce 21.

The new way of working will require organizations to  to listen, learn, and adapt in a rapidly changing world. The future of work, also points to the need for leaders that can tap the potential of their teams at the intersection of people and technology. It’s time to add modern science to our teams.

During this session we will use the Emergenetics® Profile. If you do not already have an Emergenetics® Profile, you will receive an invitation to complete the online Emergenetics® questionnaire prior to the session.

Emergenetics® is a globally recognized way to understand the intersection of nature and nurture - who you are today as the emergence of your behavior, genetic makeup and unique life experiences. The Emergenetics® Profile is built on four Thinking Attributes and three Behavioral Attributes that every person exhibits. The Emergenetics® Profile is designed from a validated scientific foundation to give you an in-depth knowledge of your unique make-up and provide an understanding how to apply your uniqueness to amplify individual and team performance in order to enable organization effectiveness and Agility.

During this hands-on interactive session, we will explore a neuroscientific approach to teams using the Emergenetics® Profile and Power of WE to:

  1. make cognitive diversity visible
  2. identity and leverage individual strengths
  3. combine strengths to optimize teams
