ISPI Potomac Workforce 21 - are you ready?
Join us as we continue our journey to empower you to develop a more agile Workforce 21.
Are you experiencing Feeling, Listening, Observation, and Wisdom (FLOW) in your team? Does your team experience the feeling of ease, trust and connection? Do things just seem to flow in the right direction with little effort?
Let's explore how to get there!
The FLOW process integrates Social & Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Systems Intelligence to cultivate creativity, compassion, and social capital in Agile teams.
Workforce 21 will be realized through leaders that foster interconnected teams and invite the core values, needs, aspirations, and feelings of every member of the organization into the conversation. These leaders encourage exploration of self mastery, social intelligence, and system intelligence - seeing the interdependent parts as a complex adaptable "living system."
If there is a desire within your team to experience more FLOW, creativity, compassion and interconnectedness, join our conversation! During the session you will learn:
- The 6 Leadership Competencies of FLOW
- How to accelerate team transformation and a shift in BEing
- How to avoid common pitfalls when working with agile teams
