ISPI Potomac Workforce 21 - are you ready?

In 2018 we embarked on a design challenge - How might we re-imagine mid-level management development to empower the 21st Century workforce?

In 2019 we continue our journey to empower you to make a difference in your world to help develop  a more agile Workforce 21.

Meet our first Workforce 21 leader, Andres Marquez-Lara

The future of work challenges our assumptions of how people and teams interact. It's going to require us to adapt quickly to ongoing changes, while being able to collaborate with others, including artificial intelligence, and add value in meaningful ways. How will we succeed while we learn the skills to prepare for this uncertain future?

One answer is to strengthen our ability to improvise. Improvisation is about high performance, managing risk, thinking in the moment, and collaborating for a positive outcome, despite the lack of resources. As we develop our current and emerging leaders, it is critical to introduce the ideas of flexibility, critical thinking, collaboration, and acceptance.

In this experiential workshop, you will learn how the tools and techniques of IMPROV can immediately help you navigate whatever the uncertain future can throw your way at the workplace or beyond.

It’s time to  explore leadership innovation and our impact in the world of work…Workforce 21
