Understanding the organizational and environmental factors that affect organizations and employees is vital in analyzing performance gaps.  In this webinar, we will discuss the importance of conducting performance, organizational and environmental analysis in the HPT process and how to conduct a customer-focused performance analysis.  We will also look at several analysis techniques along with Rummler's Anatomy of Performance (AOP).  Finally, we will review how to conduct an environmental analysis.
