Creating Momentum Matters: Intervention Design with Practice-based Solutions

Jim Angle, MS, MSW, FACHE, CEO Academy for Momentum

Why does it seem so hard to engage employees? With decades of performance research and information available to leaders, we should expect that employee engagement would skyrocket. Yet engagement rates remain relatively unchanged. What’s missing in the modern world of work?

During the session we will explore:

  • The impetus for a Strength-based Workforce
  • How Momentum drives individual & organizational performance improvement
  • The value of deliberate Repetitive Practice as a key determinant to organizational success

Jim will share his experiences in applying practice-based solutions in the demanding world of Healthcare to engage employees and sustain peak performance. Jim will also provide an interactive example for the session attendees to create their own momentum building practices.
