From Average to Awesome Team Centered Performance Improvement
T4 is a symbolic contraction of the four performance fundamentals embedded in the process: Targeting, Talking, Teaming and Timing. MAP is an acronym for the process: Measure, Align, Perform.
In executing the T4 process, team members apply eight critical strategies required for performance improvement. These strategies make the improvement process transparent and team driven. The process applies key theoretical advances in systems theory, motivation, adult learning, positive psychology, management and leadership.
The T4 MAP fuels performance improvement while growing team member engagement. It enables teams to align on goals and own improved results.
Using this process, teams have identified opportunities to speed development, reduce costs, improve customer service, increase retention and more.
