Greater complexity outside the organization requires greater clarity inside. Effectiveness isn’t about checking off more tasks. It’s defined by how well we use our minds and relate to others. We need agility and clear purpose in the face of complexity. We need balance, insight, and the ability to inspire others! The skills to work with our minds, our bodies, our emotions, and other people are essential but rarely developed skills. The Resilient Leader program provides tools and strategies to improve clarity, strengthen resiliency, improve decision-making and increase personal and organizational effectiveness.
Based on the latest brain and heart science, The Resilient Leader uses cutting-edge technology and the practices of mindfulness to train emotional Intelligence skills, leading to resilience, positive mindset, and more principle-centered leadership.

Peter is the Senior Partner at Ventivia, LLC and is currently providing enterprise change consulting and leadership training to private, commercial, and Federal customers. Peter has helped organizations achieve sustained levels of high performance in multiple industries for more than 25 years. Peter combines technical acumen, social sciences, and neuroscience to help solve complex organizational challenges. Peter developed a comprehensive organizational assessment and improvement framework that provides organizational leaders with an “MRI” of performance opportunities.
Peter earned an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago and Human Systems Integration Certification from the Naval Post Graduate School. Peter’s professional certifications include Project Management Professional PMP®, Agile Certified Professional, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI ACQ/Service/Dev), ITIL Foundations, SABA Optimizing Human Performance, Institute of HeartMath® Mentor, Management 3.0 Licensed Trainer, Liberating Structures, as well as Yoga and Ayurveda Certifications.
